We seek a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical reliability of our buses through expert mechanical and electrical repairs, fault diagnostics, and proactive troubleshooting. You will focus on delivering practical, first-time resolutions to technical issues to keep our fleet running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting on buses.
- Accurately identify and resolve faults, ensuring issues are corrected on the first attempt whenever possible.
- Proactively detect potential issues during field service or workshop inspections.
- Follow manufacturer service manuals and checklists to ensure best practices and maintain efficiency.
- Interpret and apply technical instructions from workshop documentation accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficient in using service tools and understanding service manuals.
- Practical communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to read and implement technical instructions confidently.
Preferred Experience & Education
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in bus maintenance or a similar role.
- Trade certification or diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Completion of a basic technical education and/or apprenticeship.
- UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to independently repair, service, and overhaul bus components.
