Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing ACs (window and split), home appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, and cooking ranges, as well as performing carpentry work. The role also includes the installation of window and split ACs.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnose and repair ACs (window and split), washing machines, refrigerators, cooking ranges, and other home appliances.
Perform carpentry work as needed.
Installation:
Install window and split ACs.
Performance Metrics:
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) as specified from time to time.
Achieve and/or exceed budgeted revenue and gross margin targets.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate professionally with customers regarding repair-specific information.
Educate customers on product usability and increased utility value to foster long-term engagement.
Flexibility and Learning:
Be prepared for field, on-site, or project assignments, and be willing to relocate as required.
Be open to learning and gaining cross-functional experience (e.g., AV, mobile, Nokia, etc.).

Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma/ITI with relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years in refrigeration and air conditioning, or 2-3 years of work experience in a similar field
Experience in AC and home appliance repair and installation
