Handle daily administrative tasks and provide support to the team.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain and update the filing system.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Over 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
