Oversee daily administrative operations and offer support to the team.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain inventory and handle supply orders as necessary.
Answer and route phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel.
Keep the filing system organized and up-to-date.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
