Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions for internal staff and external customers on electrical systems and troubleshooting.
Technical support to distributors, respond to technical inquiries by email or calls and resolve issues.
Assist in the development of new products and modifications to existing products.
As Aftersales electrical Engineer your key role will be visiting site for commissioning / trouble shooting activities for customers / distributors.
Provide technical support to customers and assist with product installation and maintenance.
Conduct product testing and evaluation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in vehicles.
Job Profile:
Experience with automotive diagnostic tools and software.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on electrical systems.
Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components.
