The Architecture Manager collaborates within an architectural design team to plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, and oversee design tasks for small to medium-scale projects. This role involves interaction with the Design Director and VP of Development and Operations Support.
Role Overview:
As the Role Profile suggests, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of Architects and Technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere. Your role involves developing a comprehensive design philosophy and overseeing the design process to ensure alignment with project objectives. You will take charge of the design work, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Additionally, you’ll oversee the accuracy of design documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to address queries and comments. Acting as the main interface with statutory authorities to ensure compliance and obtain approvals is also part of your responsibilities.
Skills Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of project experience in cinema and entertainment projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
Familiarity with relevant documents and procedures, including experience in developing and implementing models for clients utilizing design-build or similar approaches for the first time.
Experience collaborating with owners, construction management teams, administrators, or similar clientele professionally in delivering design-build projects.
