Monitor POS abnormal transactions and investigate the root cause for any Fraud.
Quarterly BOE Audits of all Standalone stores – Ensuring stores get satisfactory rating.
Quarterly Process compliance audit for all CP stores
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Assisting Retail & Finance in clearing ageing stocks in terms of proper reporting and ensuring the same is properly segregated by store team before the stocks are written off or cleared from 3rd party location
Ensuring to circulate monthly Stock Adjustment report after due approvals from Finance,
Analysing negative inventory and ensure a plan of action is taken along with Retail Ops & Planning team
Weekly RESA reconciliation and ensuring all open items are properly knocked off
Identifying areas of concerns and making an SOP for seamless execution by all stakeholders
Ensuring all virtual locations are properly monitored and have been cleared with proper approvals
