The Role:

As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Store Manager to achieve objectives, ensuring exceptional customer service standards from staff. Your role involves providing necessary skills and support to maximize sales. You’ll liaise across various departments to maintain store operations effectively and offer feedback to store, brand, and area managers on staff and product matters. Additionally, you may be tasked with assuming the Store Manager’s responsibilities during their absence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of retail experience, ideally in a supervisory capacity.

Skills:

  • Strong command of written and verbal English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
  • PC literacy and familiarity with relevant software applications.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Prior management or supervisory experience in retail.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
