The Associate Manager for Commercial Butchery oversees sales growth by enhancing visual merchandising and brand presence in-store. They analyze various factors like selling space, market trends, and store feedback to forecast purchasing needs for different customer segments.

The Role Profile involves:
Maintaining vendor relationships for timely delivery and ensuring inventory plans meet standards.
Collaborating with merchants to forecast trends, predict demand, and ensure timely product delivery.
Developing and managing merchandise plans on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Leading and supervising buying processes, formulating category budgets, and monitoring orders.
Organizing regular meetings with Operation Managers and Store Managers to discuss market dynamics and category performance.
Ensuring all brand products are stocked and available.
Strategically placing promotions and top-selling items in key store locations.
Assisting in communicating product and financial strategies while overseeing pricing procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
3-4 years of experience as a Category Manager in the Butchery industry.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Essential financial and analytical skills.
