To manage all product related training across UAE. The overall responsibility will be to teach employees in an articulated and professional manner by delivering knowledgeable and enthusiastic training in the Watsons DNA as well as brand products, ensuring consistency within the high standards demanded.
Job Responsibility:
To be familiar with all promotional activities of the Company and support in readiness for the same.
Train all UAE Beauty Consultants with product knowledge and selling behaviours to enable them to consistently achieve and exceed sales and service goals in line with published brand expectations.
To build relationships with Sales and Operations function and store managers, feeding back and guiding them on the individual’s performance and achievements whether successful or unsuccessful completion of training.
Manage and direct programs focusing on sales, service, and customer experience including Mystery Shop to measure performance.
To be open, receptive and to contribute to the brands development and that of the Watsons training programmed.
To present new product launches to various divisions of the Company to achieve awareness and knowledge.
Support Operations Manager with recruitment of Beauty Consultants in high profile locations (flagships).
Act a role model and senior brand ambassador with regards product knowledge, brand standards, personal grooming and sales expertise.
Complete & submit Training plans and recaps on time and within corporate guidelines and budgets.
Participate in regional relevant Training Conferences and Seminars.
Lead the development of Watsons UAE training strategy, working with key stakeholders: General Manager, Head of Buying and the Operations Manager and store managers
To deliver complete and comprehensive training to the highest standards in Watsons
Ensure training is structured as per guidelines with the knowledge to adapt and deliver as required
To increase and develop awareness on the importance of thorough consultation, enabling specific home care recommendations and product upsell, supporting brand development and sales targets.
