We are currently looking for competent & performance driven Branch Sales Support Executive (x3) to join our Toyota & Lexus team in Dubai. You support the assigned Branch in achieving the daily and monthly objectives through sales support and stock management activities.
What you will do
To organize / arrange display and ensure all display units have correct spec sheets
Various activities related to the new car units in the dealership (eg – physical verification of stock)
Management of aged stock vehicles at branch level
Arranging vehicle sanitation
Manage other ad hoc activities related to the sales function including but not limited to
Manage Demo units (Fueling, Registration, De Registration, Salik & ETC)
Vehicle inspection & damage repair in coordination with orient
Weekly Sanitation log report
Arrange Hayaza (Transfer Certificate)
Prepares and Verifies Deal Packs for invoicing & delivery
Financial Document creation for bank deals and scan deal pack to Accountant
Validate Customer docs for delivery
Preparation, display and tracking of Goshi, demo and marketing units
Required skills:
Strong planning, organizing skills, with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
2-3 administration and coordination experience, preferably within automotive industry
Proficient in in MS Excel & PowerPoint
About the team
The role will report to the Sales Support Team Leader. The Branch Sales Support Executive assists the Sales Department in Document Management, Timely Vehicle Arrangement and Day to Day Transactions Management with the help of his team to Customers.
Education and Experience:
Customer orientated, with decision making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to deal with people of diverse nationalities at various levels.
Capability to work under pressure – able to withstand high levels of stress
Well organized and able to multi-task and handle multiple stakeholder requirements
Persuasive and results oriented
Flexible, willing to be assigned in another location if needed.
2 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficient in SAP
MS Office – especially MS Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Efficient co-ordination in respect of the day-to-day activities of a retail operation
