Responsibilities:
As a Brand Manager, your primary role entails steering top-line performance, overseeing full profit and loss accountability, maintaining consistent operational excellence, and ensuring brand compliance across all store locations. Your key responsibilities include:

Training and developing team members to effectively execute the business plan and achieve sales targets.
Regularly reviewing and updating policies and procedures while adhering to Group Internal Audit guidelines to minimize business risks.
Developing and implementing strategic business plans to ensure profitability.
Fostering a customer-centric environment across all stores to uphold brand values and deliver on customer promises.

Key Responsibilities:
Establishes overarching guidelines for maximizing margins across product areas and implements processes to analyze margin discrepancies.
Develops a comprehensive global commercial strategy spanning short, medium, and long-term objectives.
Defines store layouts across all product categories, including adjacencies and product mix, in alignment with brand guidelines.
Sets and achieves operational standards for visual merchandising, stock availability, customer service, and security while preserving brand integrity.
Ensures all team members are adequately trained and developed to meet business objectives and sales targets.
Owns and refines the brand operations strategy, encompassing the Strategic Plan.
Constructs, implements, monitors, and controls approved budgets and operational costs across all stores.
Enforces company operating procedures to maintain accurate inventory, system integrity, and profit protection throughout the store network.
Initiates and drives cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies by challenging existing processes.
Collaborates with the General Manager of Human Resources to closely monitor manpower costs and maximize productivity levels.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Completion of college or university-level studies.
Experience: Preferably with retail fashion experience, though a genuine passion for fashion is essential.

Skills:
Proficiency in strategic planning and analysis.
Competency in utilizing all Microsoft Office Programs.
Behavioral Competencies:

Demonstrates leadership skills and strategic thinking.
Remains updated on current trends and brands.
