Key Responsibilities:

• Engage closely with business stakeholders to comprehend and document business requirements, processes, and goals.
• Evaluate current business processes and systems to pinpoint areas ripe for enhancement and efficiency gains.
• Perform detailed gap analyses to define functional and technical prerequisites for SAP S/4HANA deployments or upgrades.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business objectives, adhering to industry best practices.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to draft functional specifications, oversee system testing, and support the rollout of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive training framework and provide ongoing support to end-users throughout and post-implementation phases.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Stay abreast of SAP S/4HANA advancements and capabilities, offering insights and recommendations for continuous enhancement.

Qualifications for the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Business Analyst, ideally specializing in SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of business operations, especially in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Competence in SAP S/4HANA modules such as Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Finance, and Reporting.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude, capable of translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and adeptness in working collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities effectively, and deliver within deadlines.
• SAP S/4HANA certification would be advantageous.
