Position Summary:
As the lead for our Partner Portfolio and multi-category sourcing plan within the Shoppable Mall, you will spearhead strategic initiatives and foster strong partnerships to ensure mutual success. Your responsibilities encompass defining partner assessment criteria, overseeing acquisitions, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes. Additionally, you’ll serve as a conduit between stakeholders and partners, advocating for their needs while driving performance metrics such as sales and assortment quality. Your role also entails collaborating closely with various internal teams to align programs and initiatives, optimize marketing efforts, and identify avenues for growth. Ultimately, your expertise and influence will be pivotal in driving the success of our partner ecosystem and achieving business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on finance, retail, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
Experience:
At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role with a reputable organization.
Proven track record of successfully leading teams.
Strong drive for achieving results consistently.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Effective in building and nurturing internal and external relationships for mutual success.
Passionate about enhancing consumer experiences in the digital realm.
Proficient in communication and negotiation.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
