As a Cashier, your primary responsibility is to efficiently and accurately process transactions using different payment methods while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You’ll need to adhere to our Cash Counter Office (CCO) policies and procedures to ensure all activities align with established guidelines.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Scan merchandise, process sales transactions, and accept various forms of payment.
Inform customers of correct currency rates and denominations.
Perform currency security checks as required.
Provide professional and timely assistance to customers, ensuring excellent service.
Assist with packing items for efficient service.
Relay customer feedback to relevant channels for appropriate action.
Promote additional sales and stay informed about promotions.
Install, inspect, and manage cash units, returning them at the end of each day.
QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years of relevant experience.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in adapting to multicultural environments.
Strong listening skills.
Keen attention to detail.
