Process transactions accurately and promptly using various payment methods.
Ensure customers are informed of the correct currency rates and denominations.
Conduct currency security checks as needed.
Provide professional and timely assistance to customers, delivering excellent service.
Efficiently pack customers’ purchases when required.
Relay customer feedback to appropriate channels for action.
Promote additional sales and stay updated on promotions.
Install, monitor, and manage cash units, returning them at the end of each day.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in a multicultural setting.
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
