Monitoring and inspecting parts during the machining process to ensure compliance with specifications.
Collaborating with engineers and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Conducting quality checks and making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and accuracy.
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Keeping accurate records of production activities and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
Programming and operating CNC 5-Axis machines and foundry machines to produce high-quality parts.
Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
Setting up and adjusting machine settings, tooling, and fixtures to achieve desired results.
Candidate Profile:
Certifications in CNC programming and operation.
Experience in the manufacturing or metal fabrication industry.
Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating CNC 5-Axis machines and foundry machines.
