Ensure all contract-related documentation is properly filed and easily accessible for future reference.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in contract management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Monitor contract performance and escalate any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate parties.
Review and negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Coordinate the contract approval process, including obtaining necessary signatures and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, including tracking key dates and milestones.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather contract requirements and provide guidance on contract terms and obligations.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of contract templates, ensuring they reflect current legal and business requirements.
Candidate Profile:
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional demeanor with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
