DC Aviation Al Futtaim (DCAF) has come a long way since its establishment in 2013 as the only integrated Hangar and VIP lounge facility in DWCThe Crew Training Support role focuses on delivering administrative assistance to the Training Department and overseeing crew documentation management, especially for new joiners.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Providing administrative support to the Training Department.
Managing and overseeing crew documentation, including for new joiners.
Oversight of external training providers’ documentation and feedback systems.
Assisting during internal and external audits.
Managing simulator approvals.
Handling GCAA approvals and managing e-services.
Ensuring Flight Crew License Validations are supervised and controlled.
Managing Flight Crew Medical and License validity.
Issuing and renewing flight crew licenses, instructor authorizations, examiner authorizations, and LTC authorizations.
Organizing and maintaining line training folders.
Updating FIMaS crew data to ensure accuracy.
Contributing to and editing Operations Manuals Part D via WebManuals.
Coordinating with Training Providers to schedule and monitor Crew Training appointments, providing status updates to the Training Manager.
Undertaking project work as assigned by PH Crew Training.
Providing administrative support to the Cabin Crew Manager during their absence.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid, unrestricted UAE driver’s license is required.
Previous experience in VIP aviation is essential.
Demonstrated experience working effectively within a team.
