As a diligent team member, responsible for conducting daily inspections to detect any malfunctions or deficiencies in store assets such as games, rides, and points of sale. Promptly reports identified issues to the Manager on duty or the appropriate technician. Additionally, warmly welcomes and assists guests on the floor, promoting engagement with available games and rides through comprehensive product knowledge. Keeps abreast of ongoing promotions and effectively advises customers on optimal value-for-money transactions, thereby maintaining high spending per transaction. Ensures exceptional guest service by promptly and professionally addressing complaints and escalating complex issues to the Manager on duty. Conducts regular stock checks with meticulous attention to detail and manages the issuance and redemption of goods at the redemption counter using relevant ticket values.
Qualifications:
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to the assigned roster
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
The minimum educational requirement of a High School Certificate
