Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Maintain customer databases by entering, verifying, and updating customer information.
Having experience working on Zendesk
Handle customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
Candidate Profile:
Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Good computer and typing skills.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Arab National with fluency in both written and spoken Arabic.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
