Role Summary:
The Data and Business Analytics Associate Manager is tasked with enhancing existing brand strategies and uncovering new opportunities through insightful analysis. This role focuses on driving future business growth by leveraging data to optimize performance and profitability.

  • Role Profile
    Performance Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze brand performance data at all organizational levels.
  • Opportunity Identification: Detect missed sales opportunities and high inventory levels to maximize brand profitability.
  • Budget Monitoring: Highlight deviations from budgeted plans and recommend corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine processes, SLAs, and SOPs to align with
  • MAFL’s future growth objectives.
  • Profitability Enhancement: Use data to optimize supply chain costs and improve profit margins.
  • Growth Planning: Develop strategies for business and revenue growth.
  • Tool Optimization: Monitor and enhance existing AA tools to maximize ROI and user coverage.
  • Stakeholder Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

    Requirements

  • Education: University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of managerial experience, with retail experience in the GCC considered a plus.
  • Skills: Proficient in analytical skills and advanced analytics tools.
