Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Design Estimation Engineer with expertise in smoke management systems to join our team. The role involves conducting detailed analyses of smoke control systems to ensure they comply with local fire safety regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of smoke management systems to verify alignment with fire safety codes and regulations.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for smoke control systems, considering materials, labor, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to seamlessly integrate efficient smoke management solutions into building designs.
- Utilize advanced software tools to produce detailed design drawings and simulations for smoke management systems.
- Review project specifications and designs to identify potential issues and propose practical solutions.
- Prepare thorough technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
