The Digital Account Manager / Client Relations Manager will develop long-term relationships with clients and oversee our digital marketing projects; s/he will aim to satisfy clients’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and deliver positive customer experience.
Business Industry: Digital projects within B2B
- Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as client servicing in a digital agency
- Excellent client service orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to handle digital retainer projects
- Outstanding project management skills
- Ability to conduct quality inspections during the installation phase on site
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with existing / new clients.
- Understand and properly answer client’s requests, liaise internally with the team to clarify any requirements.
- Manage the team and ensure that all digital scope if fulfilled
- Prepare detailed digital marketing reports for all clients on a monthly basis and present
- Strong written and verbal English’s communication skills.
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
