Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager in the fashion department, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete marketing strategy and its implementation for assigned brands throughout the GCC region.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and activation plans for assigned brands across different regions.
Adapt brand guidelines and objectives to effectively penetrate the GCC market.
Collaborate closely with the brand’s headquarters to develop and execute the annual marketing strategy, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and efficient organization.
Establish campaign objectives, evaluate performance metrics, and disseminate insights and feedback to internal teams and brand headquarters.
Oversee the creative brief process, from development to execution of all brand activations, working closely with partner agencies and brand headquarters.
Coordinate in-store and mall activations with key stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of all elements and meeting project requirements.
Manage the promotional calendar, including Al Futtaim Blue Rewards offers, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Develop and monitor the budget for assigned brands, ensuring strict adherence to allocated budgets.
Conduct quarterly competitive reviews, analyzing collections, pricing, marketing/digital activities, and other notable initiatives.
Regularly communicate campaign details and results within the fashion division.
Handle all purchase orders related to activities and update budget trackers accordingly.
Formulate and execute a comprehensive digital strategy, collaborating closely with our brand headquarters, performance marketing unit, and local agencies. Drive both paid and earned digital initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the GCC demographic. Develop regional digital campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and effective localization.
Oversee content strategy, including conceptualization, coordination with agencies, production, and delivery. Provide detailed briefs to agencies and HQ teams to streamline workflow and communication. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to boost brand awareness and drive traffic to our websites, optimizing the digital budget for each campaign.
Regularly evaluate campaign performance against predetermined objectives, sharing insights internally and with brand HQ teams.
In the realm of PR and events, support agencies with PR management, influencer campaigns, and gifting initiatives. Coordinate the lending of products to journalists for media coverage, ensuring proper documentation. Manage brand events from conception to execution, working closely with agencies for seamless organization and timely delivery. Share post-event recaps internally and with brand HQs to highlight the event’s digital impact and overall success.

Qualifications for the role include:
A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and PR marketing.
A preferred University Degree or Masters level education.
Experience in managing and developing teams.
Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to extract trends and insights from data.
Familiarity with SAP or similar platforms.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite.
Strong aptitude for data analysis and trend identification.
