Role Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Executive Director of Strategy to influence the strategic direction of Al Futtaim Real Estate’s digital and digitalization initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing digital market trends, evaluating the current state of our digitalization journey, identifying gaps and opportunities, and supporting the creation of strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the digitalization strategy for Real Estate, offering insights on key digital gaps, business decisions, and opportunities.
  • Assess the digitalization potential within the Real Estate sector, identify critical initiatives, and create and execute implementation plans and roadmaps in partnership with digitalization teams.
  • Formulate and execute long-term strategic digital plans, including developing roadmaps and timelines for key initiatives.
  • Lead the independent implementation of digital transformation strategies and digital product strategies for the Real Estate digital portfolio.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute strategic digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as the PMO for digital projects, monitoring and evaluating the performance of digital strategic initiatives, tracking key metrics, and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills for Success:

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Expertise: Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Digital Strategy Experience: Proven experience in developing and implementing digital strategies and initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders, and handling project management tasks.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to clearly present complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels, including facilitating workshops and discussions.
    Qualifications for the Role
  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years in a strategy consulting firm or a digital strategy role, with a track record of delivering multiple digital transformation projects. Alternatively, experience in digital implementation with a Real Estate Developer is also valuable.
  • Consulting Background: Experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm, including a comprehensive understanding of problem-solving methodologies and toolkits.
