Role Overview
The E-Commerce Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth online shopping operations. This includes managing website functionality, overseeing order fulfillment, coordinating deliveries, and collaborating with customer service to provide an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities involve ensuring accurate and timely order processing, handling returns and refunds, maintaining product listings, and contributing to the overall growth of the business by enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Manage the pick-and-pack process to prepare and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Track delivery statuses to ensure on-time and successful parcel delivery to customers.
  • Resolve delivery issues by working closely with couriers, ensuring customer expectations are met.
  • Maintain detailed delivery records to optimize operational efficiency and improve customer experiences.
    Customer Service Collaboration
  • Partner with the customer service team to address inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product details.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to customers regarding their order and delivery status.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, adhering to service standards to resolve issues effectively.
    Returns & Refunds
  • Oversee the returns and refunds process, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Process refunds promptly and maintain accurate records to support inventory management.
  • Analyze return and refund trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
    Website Maintenance
  • Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing regularly to ensure website accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor and maintain website functionality and user experience, escalating technical issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance website content for promotions and seasonal campaigns.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
