As an L&D Consultant, you’ll assess learning requirements, propose suitable solutions, and devise strategic learning strategies and structures. Collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders is essential to align learning initiatives with business objectives effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing toolkits, newsletters, and job aids related to Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Engagement.
Collaborating closely with content owners to understand project requirements and timelines thoroughly.
Using various tools and resources to identify training needs and assess capability standards.
Conducting research and developing blended training solutions.
Utilizing software such as Articulate and Vyond to create e-content.
Providing consultation, recommendations, and designing interventions as necessary.
Identifying Learning and Development needs within specific business units.
Delivering core curriculum, training programs, and customized sessions.
Managing and updating content on SharePoint and Viva Engage platforms related to Learning, Leadership Development, and Employee Engagement.
Assisting the team by providing templates, designs, and images for creating SharePoint landing pages as needed.

Your qualifications for the role include:
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
A diploma or degree in a relevant discipline such as HRM, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
Experience in curriculum design and program facilitation.
Previous experience in designing learning toolkits and courses using authoring tools.
Advanced proficiency in digital learning platforms and video editing software such as Articulate 360 (Rise 360, Storyline 360), Vyond, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign (knowledge of these is a plus).
