Role Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll be driving profitability and ensuring the seamless operation of our Clothing & Home (C&H) and Food marketplaces. Your primary focus will be executing comprehensive eCommerce growth strategies, adhering to brand policies and standards. You’ll be instrumental in managing all aspects of eCommerce operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions in collaboration with our partners. Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and marketplaces will be crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive profitability across third-party accounts to meet financial targets set for marketplaces.
Cultivate robust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external third parties to boost sales aligned with the brand’s objectives.
Oversee online and offline operations for third-party relationships in both C&H and Foods segments.
Plan and execute the trade calendar, orchestrating promotions across platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Deploy effective merchandising strategies tailored to each marketplace or .com site to optimize trade.
Collaborate with the Content Executive to develop and schedule monthly content assets as needed.
Partner closely with Buying and Retail teams to coordinate product listings, promotional activities, inventory management, and pricing updates.
Ensure the efficient operation of digital platforms and stock availability to facilitate seamless trading.
Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, taking necessary actions to maintain adequate stock levels.
Provide comprehensive commercial and trading reports for each platform to the team, stakeholders, and business.
Mentor and coach junior members of the Digital team to enhance their understanding of eCommerce and provide necessary support.
