Currently the Group operates over 2,200 outlets, encompassing over 30 million square feet across 21 countries. Concept - Brief Landmark Group has already launched ecommerce in UAE, KSA, Bahrain and Kuwait for several of its brands. The fulfilment for all ecommerce orders is managed centrally by Supply Chain team which spans across the Warehouse fulfilment, Click & Collect and Last Mile as 3 of its primary pillars. Job Description We are looking for an individual with sharp design thinking, Operations execution, Program management skills and orientation toward data driven decision making for optimizing and innovating in the Last Mile supply chain function for Landmark E-commerce function. The role will involve close collaboration with all Landmark brands / concepts, warehouse, line haul, last mile, and other teams to ensure that the infrastructure, manpower planning, processes, systems are always in place as we walk through the steep scale up for E-commerce business.

Job Description:
Some experience with fulfillment, logistics, last mile, delivery and returns products and a solid understanding of their possibilities and limitations.
Extremely agile mindset with a track record of making strategic changes, thinking out of the box to come up with effective solutions
An experienced, data driven and highly collaborative SC management leader with a strong customer focus
Passionate believer in adopting new technologies and using them optimally
Hands-on experience in setting up SOPs and executing them
Demonstrated track record of working with cross-functional teams and getting things done

MBA in SC/ logistics/ Operations / General with high analytical aptitude
6-8+ years of overall E-commerce/ Omni-Channel operations experience with specific experience in Last Mile operations; Background in retail is preferred

Responsibilities:
Optimize Delivery network by working with cross functional Business and Supply Chain stakeholder basis a periodic cadence to ensure seamless demand, warehouse, inventory, and last mile delivery planning to deliver best customer service within targeted service levels
Ensure that each aspect of Operations is measured and that core KPIs are met or exceeded.
Responsible for expanding logistics and customer service infrastructure across countries and channels.
Others Proficiency in Advanced excel, data/ statistical modelling tools, Power BI / related tools
Ensure Last Mile design and operations at regional hub level is optimized for cost and speed
Independently drive optimization projects to improve performance / increase productivity / improve speed / NPS
Own the problem statement of how to increase productivity and speed in the ecommerce last mile value chain
Work on projects related to planning processes and speed enhancement initiatives. Works on creating future capabilities with product, analytics, and supply leads (Warehouse/First Mile/ Last Mile) to bring customer service goodness
