The purpose of the role is to perform repairs and service on customer vehicles as per Manufacturers Standards of electric vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools to identify the source of problems and repair vehicles using Fix It Right First-Time process, to provide unique customer experience in order to improve customer retention in compliance with OEM (EV Brand Corporation) standards.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct final inspection as per the SOP (standard operating procedure) and ensure prompt punch in and punch out to get the accurate booking hours.
Deliver the desired efficiency and productivity as per targets given.
Proper use of special and general service tools.
Assist Controller and Service Advisor to deliver the vehicle at promised delivery time of which communicated with the customer.
Daily interactions with Technical Support and Service Advisor to assist in developing technical skills within the team.
Perform periodic maintenance service on the customer’s vehicle.
Address minor repair jobs on customer’s vehicle without compensating the quality of work.
Help to improve Fix it Right First-Time and location CSV score.
Accurately complete all job cards provided and provide cost estimates to customers that requires or request for additional service jobs.
Required Skills to be successful:
Experience with high and low voltage Electric Vehicles.
Communication skills.
Electric Vehicle experience.
Knowledge and experience of Electric Vehicle components.
About the Team:
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and will work closely with the broader internal and external stakeholders.
What equips you for the role:
Knowledge and experience of Electric Vehicle components and systems both high and low voltage.
Knowledge of all safety procedures related to Electric Vehicle repairs.
Technical Certification Diploma, ITI, ATA, IMI or equivalent.
IMI EV Level 1 or 2.
