Responsible for preparation of cost estimation, proposal & contract agreement for all phases of FM projects including coordinating with In-house team & subcontractors. Proper mobilizing of all the Casual jobs / Total Facilities Management (TFM) tenders / Projects. Expert in preparing costs estimation with the objective of reducing costs and maximizing gross margins. Managing deviance from the actual and targets set during the periodic P&L review meetings. Establishing a proposal library of all bid related forms, formats, and customer communications.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
Lead the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations.
Achieve Pre-sales targets set by the management.

Bid/No Bid Meeting held, and form completed and signed by senior management.

Key Accountability 1: Process Management
Creation of Bids
Managing and prioritizing workload.
Bid/No Bid management.
Follow Bid Process Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out value engineering studies.
Review tender / contract documents to understand the complete scope for tendering projects.
Contractors for outsourced scope of work.

Liaise internally with all departments especially HR, finance, operations and commercial.
Contribute to develop a customer focused service and a positive corporate image, including the maintenance of good working relationships with client, client representatives.

RFP and bid related documentation control.
Developing case studies, client profiles and other supporting documentation that showcases AFE TFM capabilities.

Generate revenue from refurbishment / retrofit works.

Knowledge of building codes and standards of practice, laws governing construction contracts and contracting.

Carryout conditional assessments, prepare cost estimates, technical justifications for retrofit, replacement works.

Ability to understand and work with commercial requirements like plan cost, budgets limits, profit and loss.

Minimum Qualifications, Certification and Knowledge:
Experience of cost estimation in FM background in UAE.
Computer skills
UAE Driving License
High level of expertise on word, excel, power point presentation.
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
Understanding of local market and knowledge of Public Entities, contractors and vendors.
Understanding of FIDIC / TFM contracts.
Minimum Experience:
7 years’ experience in FM, TFM, Projects and bid/proposal production.
