We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Fire Alarm System Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in UAE fire codes and NFPA-72, with a strong background in estimating Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Fire Alarm Voice Evacuation (FAVE), Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA), Central Battery Systems (CBS), and Emergency Lighting systems.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design fire alarm and fire fighting systems for various project sizes (small, medium, and large).
- Prepare detailed estimates for fire alarm systems based on project specifications.
- Review and analyze blueprints, drawings, and documentation to determine required materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to gather essential information for accurate estimates.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project requirements.
- Research and source necessary materials and equipment for fire alarm system installations.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm system estimation or a related position.
- Relevant certifications in fire alarm system design and estimation.
- Background in the construction or electrical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of fire alarm system components, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
