Review and analyze blueprints, drawings, and other project documentation to determine materials, labor, and equipment needed for each project.
Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate estimates.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and assess project requirements.
Research and source materials and equipment needed for fire alarm system installations.
Should have experience in Fire Alarm , Emergency, Lighting , Voice evacuation and PAVA
To be successful in this role you must be well versed with Fire and Line Safety UAE fire codes and NFPA -72
Must have and experience in estimation of FAS , FAVE , PAVA , CBS and Emergency Lighting systems
Ability to design Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems for small, medium, and large projects
Prepare detailed fire alarm system estimates based on project specifications and requirements.
Candidate Profile:
Experience in the construction or electrical industry.
Strong knowledge of fire alarm system components, codes, and regulations.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm system estimation or a similar role.
Relevant certifications in fire alarm system design and estimation.
