Job Description:
The role involves optimizing estimates to enhance customer retention and maximize profitability.

Job Duties:
Execute assigned tasks following established work standards, specifications, and timelines.
Maintain professionalism and hospitality when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Uphold discipline within the service establishment by strictly adhering to company rules and procedures.
Gather reliable information from customers to evaluate and assess damaged vehicles.
Assess customer vehicles and prepare estimation reports detailing repair lists, labor costs, and other expenses.
Handle customer property with care while it’s under the organization’s control.
Ensure accuracy of product or parts information in the Audatex System.
Coordinate with insurance companies to finalize estimates based on survey results.
Stay updated on new technology, work procedures, and technical knowledge to enhance productivity and quality.
Assist with other tasks assigned by superiors or managers as needed.
Contribute to team efforts by achieving related goals.
Adhere to business SOPs and comply with the ALAC Quality Management System.
Engage in organization improvement activities.
Perform duties with care, prioritizing safety for oneself, others, and the environment, in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Desired Skills:
Proficiency in estimating within the Bodyshop environment.
Strong abilities in planning, organizing, and executing tasks effectively.
Collaborative teamwork skills.
Comprehensive understanding of systems, preferably with expertise in SAP.

About the Team:
In this position, you’ll report to the Bodyshop Manager and collaborate closely with various stakeholders throughout the Workshop.

Qualifications for Success:

A diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile).
2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity within a respected automobile workshop.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient understanding of Bodyshop operations and services.
