Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled individual to fulfill the role of Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will excel in managing calendars, prioritizing appointments, and scheduling meetings for executives. Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets for executive review. This position requires proficiency in handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives while maintaining confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will also coordinate travel arrangements, manage office operations, and provide administrative support as required. The successful candidate must demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail in all tasks.

Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars efficiently, prioritizing appointments and scheduling meetings.
Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets for executive review.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain precise records of financial transactions and expenses.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives.
Assist in managing and organizing office operations and procedures.
Ensure confidentiality is maintained when handling sensitive information.
Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment.
Provide administrative support to executives as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Prior experience in managing executive calendars and travel arrangements is a plus.

Candidate Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a prerequisite.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in both executive support and accounting roles.
Previous experience in the finance or accounting industry is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is crucial.
