Role Overview:

As an F&I Sales Manager, you will oversee and manage the F&I sales process for a designated sales team within the dealer network. Your primary objective is to achieve the sales revenue targets established by the Dealer Principal or Account Relationship Manager. You will collaborate with dealer sales management to reach income and revenue goals and provide weekly and monthly F&I reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: Drive the sale of new and used vehicles to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Product Sales Optimization: Maximize the sales of Value-Added Products (VAP), RV-based products (Guaranteed Future Value Product, Leasing), and in-house finance products, including conventional and Islamic finance options through partner banks.
Trade Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end trade cycle for GFV/Lease products, ensuring customer solicitation and retention.
Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all processes and products comply with company policies and Central Bank regulations, including KYC, compliance, and anti-money laundering guidelines.
Customer Engagement: Prioritize and maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Data Management: Ensure accurate recording of customer data in the Connect/CenterPoint systems.
Performance Ownership: Take ownership of end-to-end F&I performance and results.
Documentation Management: Oversee the documentation flow between the AFF Hub and the brand.
Collaboration: Work closely with dealer sales management to achieve targets AFF and associated brands set.

As the Sales and Finance Manager, you’ll oversee the F&I sales process for a specific Sales Team within the dealership network. Your responsibilities include:

Meeting sales revenue targets set by the Dealer Principal/Account Relationship Manager.
Collaborating with dealer sales management to achieve income and revenue goals, providing regular F&I reports.
Assisting in maximizing sales of both new and used vehicles.
Increased sales of value-added (VAP) and RV-based products, including guaranteed future value and leasing options, as well as conventional and Islamic finance products.
Managing end-to-end Trade Cycle Management (TCM) for GFV/Lease, including customer solicitation and retention.
Ensuring compliance with company and Central Bank regulations, including KYC and anti-money laundering policies.
Prioritizing customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Maintaining accurate customer data in Connect/CenterPoint systems.
Taking ownership of F&I performance and results.
Facilitating documentation flow between AFF Hub and Brand.
Collaborating with dealer sales management to meet targets set by AFF and Brands.
Demonstrating expertise in managing the overall sales process.
Working with the Dealer Principal/Sales Manager to increase F&I revenue.
Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring transparency and ease throughout the buying experience.
Conducted daily meetings with the sales manager to discuss vehicle and value-added product sales and assisted in training new sales executives.
Coaching Sales Executives on effective customer engagement and presentation techniques.
Ensuring personalized attention to customers before they leave the showroom.
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to foster brand loyalty.
Acting as a consultant for the brand team at the showroom level.
Staying informed about competitors’ products through mystery shopping and data collection exercises.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Profound expertise in F&I processes, systems, and methodologies.
Comprehensive knowledge of banking compliance regulations, including KYC.
A solid grasp of RV-based finance products like Guaranteed Future Value and Leasing.
Competence in managing GFV products and lease renewals, ensuring customer retention.
Capability to handle Al-Futtaim’s in-house financing transactions.
Deep understanding of Islamic/Conventional funding and insurance services.
Leadership skills to manage sales staff and establish a seamless customer referral system.
Ability to thrive under pressure while fostering teamwork.
Proficient communication skills to effectively present and advise F&I products to B2C customers.
Familiarity with the automotive sales process, particularly at the dealer level in the UAE.
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Persuasive skills to secure financial commitments from customers.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, along with proficiency in MS Office.
Awareness of competitor consumer offers rates and market strategies.
Previous automotive experience preferred.
Your qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
