Discuss Night Audit discrepancies with the team and follow up on their corrections.
Performing monthly, quarterly and yearly appraisals for the colleagues, performance management and participate in recruitment
Actively elicit guest feedback and preferences, regarding hotel services and ensure action is initiated on the same to maximize guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Ensures that all activities adhere to and support the Jumeirah International Quality Management System.
Primary focus on overall operation at the reception, duty management, guest services, rooms controlling, compliance.
Ensure that guests are receiving the best possible service at the Front Desk, monitor the comfort and well-being of the guests, whereby health and safety regulations are followed.
Assist in maintaining and / or develop agreed operating procedures involved in the Front Office and to ensure that front office colleagues adhere to the correct procedures as laid down in the operating manuals
Proficient in spoken and written business English.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
Effective communication skills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels.
Multilingual with proficiency in at least one additional language.
