The primary focus of this role is to consistently provide an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all future customers. This includes conducting test drives, preparing customers for their journey with a BYD vehicle, setting up the vehicle, and thoroughly explaining all its features. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about electric mobility and the BYD brand, capable of answering any related questions.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance Customer Experience: Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second facing, enhancing the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Support Sales Team: Assist in achieving monthly sales targets by guiding customers through a structured “one offer” journey and meeting trade-in goals.
Vehicle Preparation: Ensure vehicles are prepared according to BYD standards.
Customer Handover: Deliver vehicles to customers in a focused and personalized manner.
Showroom Engagement: Welcome all showroom visitors warmly.
Lead Management: Handle inquiries from telephone, web, and walk-ins efficiently.
Data Capture: Accurately capture customer data in the DMS, including test drive details, Emirates ID, email address, etc.
Training Compliance: Achieve 100% completion of mandatory training as per Al Futtaim and OEM requirements.
Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about competitors’ activities to effectively counter customer objections.

About the Team:

This role reports to the Sales Manager and involves close collaboration with the Sales team as well as various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Experience: At least 4 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in progressive, client-oriented luxury retail or the airline industry, showcasing high-level customer experience skills. Experience in strong branded experiences, drama, public speaking, teaching, sales, event planning, or customer care is highly valued.
Language Skills: Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
Additional Requirements: A valid UAE driver’s license
