Position Overview
We seek a highly skilled HR Audit Specialist to evaluate and enhance our HR policies, procedures, and practices. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with legal requirements, improve efficiency, and align HR functions with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough HR policies and procedures audits to ensure alignment with legal standards and internal guidelines.
- Analyze employee records and HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with department leaders to evaluate and refine HR practices, fostering alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with practical recommendations to enhance HR operations and mitigate risks.
- Design and deliver training sessions for HR staff on compliance, best practices, and audit protocols to cultivate a culture of accountability.
- Monitor labour law and regulation updates, ensuring HR policies are updated and communicated effectively.
- Leverage HR analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making and present key findings to senior leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR management or auditing, ideally in a corporate environment.
Skills and Certifications
- Preferred certifications include Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools for effectively evaluating HR metrics.
