Emirates Flight Catering is 90% owned by Emirates airline, with the remaining shares held by Dubai Airports Corporation. In July 2007, we launched a state-of-the-art complex dedicated to servicing the flights of Emirates. With a built-up area of over 56,000m2, it’s the largest facility of its kind in the world.Key Areas:
Conduct training sessions to educate employees on new or updated SOPs, ensuring their understanding and compliance.
Establish and maintain quality control mechanisms to ensure that processes are consistently followed and that deviations are addressed promptly.
Generate key insights and recommendations for processes across HR functions by collecting / consolidating and analyzing data to identify root cause in order to define, document and implement sustainable mitigation plan/ improvement actions.
Assist in process impact assessment of activities associated with HR system changes/ implementation in collaboration with respective SMEs and change management in efficient and timely manner.
Support in managing improvement projects focused on specific function/area to enforce governance, mitigate risk and improve efficiency.
Contribute to the design/re-design of end-to-end processes across all HR functions to enable optimize delivery of HR services to meet organization’s goals.
Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement using various tools and methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and process flow analysis.
Collaborate with various HR functions to create, update, and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions, and SOP manuals, ensuring they are easily accessible to relevant HR teams.
Qualification:
Bachelor*s degree in a related field (e.g., business, HR, engineering).
Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year in a role demonstrating process improvement experience
Minimum 3 years* experience in roles focusing HR, Business Process re-engineering or Lean six sigma program delivery
Skills:
Expert Office365 skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint
Work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Financial acumen (e.g., business cases, cost/benefit analysis, etc.) (optional)
Process improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, etc.)
Project management and the ability to create clear, well-structured documentation
