Job Responsibilities:
Identify areas for process improvement based on data analysis.
Analyze HR data to derive meaningful insights and trends.
Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for HR metrics.
PowerApps Development:
Ensure the seamless integration of PowerApps solutions into HR workflows.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand requirements.
Design and develop applications using Microsoft PowerApps suite products.
General HR Support:
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
Assist in various HR functions as needed, gaining a holistic understanding of HR operations.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
PowerApps Development:
Understanding of app development principles.
Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps suite (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Basic programming skills (PowerApps formula language, JavaScript, or similar).
