Job Purpose:

To ensure the successful implementation of Emirates Flight Catering’s contingent workforce strategy across the business by managing all relevant contingent workforce populations and associated daily operations from end to end.

Key Result Areas:

Strategy Contribution:

Contribute to formulating the contingent workforce strategy in alignment with the strategic and operational objectives of the business.
Research and Analysis:

Conduct industry practice research, analyze findings, and suggest optimized outsourcing models to enhance service delivery quality and cost control.
Partnership and Alignment:

Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners and business leaders to ensure the contingent working model meets business needs, aligns with demand, and is audit-ready.
Operational Management:

Oversee the entire contingent workforce operations and processes, including receiving and reviewing business requirements, ensuring due diligence, securing approvals, liaising with agencies on invoicing, deployment, onboarding, demobilization, and monitoring contingent workers within Emirates Flight Catering’s premises.
Process Improvement:

Partner with human resources and internal stakeholders to identify, define, build, and deploy process improvement initiatives and optimization projects, ensuring continuous enhancement of contingent workforce operations.
Vendor Communication:

Maintain effective and professional communication with vendors and internal stakeholders, fostering high trust levels and strong relationships.
Reporting and Analytics:

Develop, implement, and maintain accurate reports and dashboards to provide relevant stakeholders with regular updates on contingent workforce metrics.
Contract and KPI Management:

Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure robust contract creation, manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, and report on relevant metrics to key stakeholders.
Risk Mitigation:

Implement effective risk mitigation strategies to manage potential risks associated with contingent workforce operations.
Issue Resolution:

Address inquiries and escalations from the business regarding contingent workers, providing solutions to ensure the continuity of efficient daily operations.
Governance and Compliance:

Develop and oversee vendor governance and compliance practices within contingent workforce processes, ensuring all government and business compliance expectations are met.

Lead the business in efficient and effective management of the contingent workforce.
Support the established contingent workforce strategy through comprehensive daily operations management.
Recommend short, medium, and long-term solutions to continually enhance the contingent workforce model.
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, human resources, or a related discipline.
Work Experience:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in business planning, large-scale contingent workforce operations, manpower optimization, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in resource management, manpower planning, or a similar discipline.
Experience in implementing contingent workforce management systems within a large organization is preferred.
