We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and present customized fire protection system proposals that align with client specifications and industry standards. This role involves collaboration with our engineering team to ensure designs meet compliance regulations and client needs throughout the proposal lifecycle—from initial inquiry to submission and follow-up.
- Key Responsibilities
- Create and present tailored fire protection system proposals that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure all designs comply with industry regulations.
- Manage the entire proposal process, including client engagement, submission, and follow-up.
- Consult with clients to understand their fire safety needs and provide expert solutions.
- Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates.
- Utilize CAD software for the design and layout of fire protection systems.
- Regularly update management on project status, client feedback, and industry trends.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in inside sales or proposal engineering within the fire protection sector.
- Strong knowledge of fire codes and standards, including NFPA and local regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and client specifications.
- Proficiency in CAD software and relevant design tools for fire protection systems.
