Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Claims Processor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in processing insurance claims across various areas including property, casualty, and liability. Your responsibilities will include verifying claim information, liaising with stakeholders, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to claims adjusters and managers. Collaborating with other teams, you’ll contribute to enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction in claims processing.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
Preferably certified in insurance claims processing or possess strong knowledge of general insurance principles.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in insurance claims processing or a related field.
Open to candidates of all nationalities.
Proficient in English with additional language skills considered a plus.
Strong technical proficiency in MS Office, claims management software, and database management.
