Claims Processing:
Handle insurance claims for various general lines, including property, casualty, and liability.
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of claim information.
Communication:
Interact with policyholders, insurance agents, and third-party vendors to collect necessary documentation and information.
Maintain clear and professional communication to ensure efficient claim processing.
Record Maintenance:
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of claim statuses and communications with all stakeholders.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to claims adjusters and managers as required.
Policy Adherence:
Follow company policies and procedures related to claims processing and customer service.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to enhance claims processing efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in maintaining records and documentation
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Familiarity with general lines insurance policies and claims processes is a plus
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
Certification in insurance claims processing or general insurance principles is preferred.
Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in insurance claims processing or a related field.
Nationality:
Open to all nationalities.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Office, claims management software, and database management.
