Position: Desktop Support Technician:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in deskside support. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Windows 10, Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with printers, IP phones, and familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL processes is required. Basic understanding of IP protocols and Office 365 is also necessary.

Responsibilities:
Provide deskside support and respond to assigned calls within specified SLAs.
Manage workload effectively, diagnosing and resolving end-user system issues related to hardware and software.
Adhere to service levels for end-user support and collaborate with third parties to resolve technical issues.
Update Call Management System with progress and resolution details.
Install software, manage IT assets, provide printer services, and ensure LAN connectivity.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Suite (Workspace) administration.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
