Position: Deskside Support Technician
We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in Windows 10, Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide deskside support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance IT support capabilities.
Utilize ITSM tools and adhere to ITIL processes for efficient incident management.
Demonstrate proficiency in IP protocols, Office 365, and Google Suite (Workspace) Administration.
Manage own workload effectively and ensure timely resolution of assigned calls within SLA.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to address technical issues as needed.
Maintain accurate records in the Call Management System, documenting progress and resolutions.
Take ownership of software installation, IT asset management, printer services, and LAN connectivity.
Ensure compliance with service levels related to end-user support.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in deskside support.
Proficiency in Windows 10, Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory.
Strong understanding of printers, IP phones, and IT hardware.
Familiarity with ITSM tools and basic ITIL processes.
Good grasp of IP protocols, Office 365, and Google Suite (Workspace) Administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks.

Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
