Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in deskside support.
Proficient in Windows 10, Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with printers and IP phones.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance IT support capabilities.
Basic knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL processes.
Familiarity with IP protocols and Office 365.
Administration experience with Google Suite (Workspace).

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to and resolve assigned support calls within SLA.
Manage workload effectively; diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Ensure compliance with end-user support service levels.
Collaborate with third parties to resolve technical issues.
Update the call management system with progress and resolution details.
Take accountability for software installations, IT asset management, printer service, and LAN connectivity.

Candidate Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in IT support engineering.
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and commonly used software applications.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Attentive to detail and committed to accuracy.
Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and procedures.
Proficient in conveying complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including various levels of management.
