Responsibilities:
Provide deskside support with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
Demonstrate expertise in Windows 10, Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory.
Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to assist users.
Handle and troubleshoot printers and IP phones effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance IT support capabilities.
Utilize basic knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL processes.
Have a foundational understanding of IP protocols and Office 365.
Administer Google Suite (Workspace).
Respond to and resolve all assigned calls within the prescribed SLA.
Manage individual workload, diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues on end-user systems.
Adhere to service levels for end-user support.
Collaborate with third parties to resolve technical issues.
Update the Call Management System with clear progress and resolution details.
Be accountable for software installation, IT asset management, printer servicing, and LAN connectivity.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT support engineer.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and other commonly used software applications.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences at all management levels.
